Grievance Redressal at M-DIT Polytechnic College is a formal system that provides a platform for students, faculty, and staff to raise and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. The college recognizes the importance of ensuring a safe, healthy, and fair environment for all members of the college community, and thus has established a robust grievance redressal mechanism to address any complaints in a timely and effective manner.
The grievance redressal process starts with the student or staff member submitting their complaint to the concerned department head or the college principal. The complaint is then investigated by the appropriate department, and the college tries to resolve the issue within a maximum of 15 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved at the department level, it is then referred to the college’s Grievance Redressal Committee.
